Silver lining of 2020

 This year - 2020 has felt so long and yet it has felt as if I’ve lived through 40 years of my life all in one year.  It has undoubtably been a year of so much sadness and tragic news all around. 

Honoring all the lives lost this year, and honoring all of us still here - May we see the blessing in being called to stay on this earth another day and through this year.

2020 was also a year of transformation whether we consciously chose it or not. We have been changed forever, the world has evolved and we are a part of that. Resist it or embrace it. 

With that said: I Thank you 2020 for giving me more time with my husband and daughters.

 Since March I’ve gotten to spend the entire day of every day with my daughters through the end of this year. It was challenging for sure but each morning I new it was a blessing to have them safe at home. I thank 2020 for the safety of my loved ones - Mom and Sister, and family near and far.  For connecting us through technology with family and friends and for Meeting new friends virtually from around the world.

Thank you 2020 for connecting us with nature- beaches, parks, trees, and taking walks. 

Thank you for giving us the space and time to connect at a deeper level. Most importantly I thank myself for choosing to do all I did with the space and time presented.

You are now history and an unforgettable memory.

Cheers to new beginnings, new lessons and opportunities. We are more resilient moving forward and have the capability to make 2021 even better.
