Empathy
Make it a habit to tap in to your feelings. See yourself. Yes, It's not easy because we are often our first and most harsh critics - and that in itself is OK. We are not perfect, but when we embrace all our feelings, accept and reflect on our feelings we open up to hearing and seeing others for who they are; allowing us to empathize, understand and connect.
Let's practice more listening, hearing people's stories and feelings. We don't need convincing, we need more understanding. This is a lifelong practice a daily practice and it begins with you! Be bold, Be You, Accept You.
