Dear girls,

My beautiful girls,

I want you to both know that there's no choosing or preference between my babies. You are both smart, confident,beautiful and amazing. You are your own individuals bringing your light into this world and into my life.

Ariana, my first born - You are my first footprint. You transformed me into a mother - someone who see's life outside of herself and reaches for higher perspective. you introduced me to selfless and unconditional love. You awakened me to learn and begin my own journey.

Merida, my last baby - you are my second footprint. You are proof of how our hearts are capable of expanding beyond our own beliefs and that love is endless and limitless. You are the blessed reminder that life gives us second chances to become better versions of ourselves.

Both of you mark the footprints, the path in which my lessons and journey are meant to be. You are the most precious blessings and my greatest teachers in life. Thank you girls for being silly, authentic and asking all the tough questions! Forgive yourselves often, always get back up, keep trying, pause and be grateful and keep on with the silliness, authenticity and asking questions.
